Well it's taken years for me to final get the effort and focus together
to start making my own baking/cooking recipe site. I've managed to get
the domain name up, and right now its going up on all the rankings on
google so people can get on there. I'm just making the template and
getting all my recipes typed up.
The next step will be fun because I plan on cooking everything that I
put up on there with a picture "how-to" guide so you can see how I've
done it. Might even get creative and film a few of them. Maybe save
that last one for when I'm feeling lazy; that and make everyone sick
with my Blair Witch filming style.
I realised I didn't do a proper post yesterday but just photos.
Me and Jen are a now a step closer to getting the house we want. I
phoned the company whose letting the house out and asked a few
questions. I found out that the playground in the back in council
owned. It's listed on the stockport website as a public one and the
right of way is the garden of all places. So they are finding out from
the owners wether or not they get trouble with this or anything. So
once I hear back from them I think we'll more than likely go for the
house.
I've been abusing iTunes far to much lately and I'm dreading finding
the bill for downloading songs. It has some random card registered from
years ago but the transactions are going through ok since I'm sat here
listening to the tunes! Should prove interesting methinks.
On Monday night Jen encouraged me to put on one
of my favourite films. Night Watch is a really good film, ok its
subtitled but think battle royal, dark water and other Japanese
subtitled moves and you'll be ok.
It's basically the old story of good vs bad, light vs dark but they
have an interesting spin since they've incorperated some esoteric ideas
in there. Especially when it comes to the second one, Day Watch, where
they have some nice lore in there. But this one is good. There take on
the Etheric being the gloom and such.
Go watch it!
I think Bob has finally been accepted by Molly as she is now giving her
paw to him. Well. Blonking her paw on top of his head which is beyond
cute. Jen attempted to get a photo but failed. Shall have to try again
tonight.
I was trying to put up another picture which had the shutter speed slowed down so it showed the light trails of cars on the m60 near Jens but this thing is being annoying. To the right is one of the pictures Jen took. Not sure if I've put it up on here before. Always thought it was pretty. You dont see many pictures of pylons taken from underneath. It was taken at Sale Water Park, Trafford. Thats a really nice place to take Molly Wogs for a walk.
So I think I've rambled enough on here to satisfy my blogging appetite for today. Its now less than a month till the holiday in Bude, Cornwall (or whereever the hell it is!) which should be yayness. 7 days of relaxing and hopefully not being called by work. *Thinks* have also just realised I've forgotten to take my lunch break. Lame.
Hope you all have a lovely day 🙂
I love Night Watch so much. Have you seen Day Watch… as good if not better… makes a bit more sense or maybe that’s because all the story has already been set up in NightWatch :p
Haven’t read the books actually, think I may see if the library has them in. God, when the car drove on the building I got so excited – the effects are amazing. I remember reading somewhere, the director was doing another film.
I found it! Ok its on wikipedia but the plot looks good, shame that the name is a bit lame. Twilight Watch, out this year apparently.
