I like you. Can I see you’re brains.

What are the qualities and traits that other people have that I admire

Ah see this is a good one, I see loads of qualities in my friends that I would love to have. In no particular order, I give you…

  1. Emotional regulation – Yes sadly I have massive issues with emotional control which others seem to possess
  2. Focus – I have too many plates spinning at any time to bring one plate down and finish seems impossible.
  3. Procrastiation – I can sit there for hours hallucinating shit but not focus on being productive
  4. Intellect – I wing it, would be nice to borrow a few of my friend’s brains.
We will cap it there as it’s just plain depressing but having friends who have these traits makes it an honour to call them my friends.

Are you holding a grudge? About?

I like to think that I hold many grudges, against many people. However, I don’t. If someone has wronged me I will have a grudge but it will only last hours not days and weeks. Well. In theory. There was this gang in Spain doing the usual tourist traps. I was with my brother, he’s older, apparently, that makes you wiser. So tourist trap of guessing where the spot is. Idiot gives them money and shockingly he loses it. Makes me pull out my wallet. They grab the money from it. I had a grudge against them. Still do if I think about it. I was only young, like 14 or something. If they are on fire I wouldn’t put them out. Let’s put it that way.

Now, I’m sure I’ll have more grudges in my life and will be pleased to share them with you.

Short Story: About similarites

Christ…

The world is a big and diverse place, but there are also many similarities between people. We all have the same basic needs, such as food, water, and shelter. We all experience emotions, such as love, joy, and sadness. And we all have the capacity for compassion, empathy, and love.

Sometimes, it can be easy to focus on our differences. We might be different in terms of our culture, our religion, or our language. But it’s important to remember that our similarities are just as important.

Short Story: About differences

OMG these are getting harder and harder.

The world is a big and diverse place, and there are people from all walks of life. We come from different cultures, speak different languages, and have different beliefs. But even though we are different, we all have one thing in common: we are all human beings.

We all have our own unique experiences and perspectives, and these differences can make us interesting and even fascinating. But sometimes, our differences can also lead to conflict. When we don’t understand each other, it can be easy to judge and misunderstand.

But it’s important to remember that our differences are what make us special. They are what make the world a more interesting place. So instead of judging each other, we should try to learn from each other. We should try to understand each other’s perspectives, and we should celebrate our differences.

Short Story: About mistakes

I was so excited to start my new job as a software engineer. I had been working hard for this opportunity, and I was eager to prove myself.

I was assigned to a team that was working on a new project. The project was due in a few weeks, and we were all under a lot of pressure to get it done.

I was working on a particularly complex piece of code, and I was feeling a lot of stress. I was so focused on getting the code right that I didn’t notice that I had made a mistake.

When I finally finished the code, I ran it through the compiler. The tests failed, and I realized that I had made a mistake.

I was so disappointed in myself. I had let my team down, and I had jeopardized the success of the project.

I went to my manager and told him what I had done. He was understanding, but he told me that I would have to fix the mistake.

I worked late into the night to fix the mistake. I was so tired, but I knew that I had to get it right.

Finally, I fixed the mistake, and the tests passed. I was so relieved, but I knew that I had learned my lesson.

I had made a mistake, and I had to pay the price. But I also learned that it’s important to own up to your mistakes and learn from them

Describe something you learned in high school.

That no one pays attention to you if you stay out of the way.

Well not out of the way, but under the radar. See, I went from popular kid in primary school to popular kid till I was like 13, then the drinking started and then I went to loner. Well. One or two friends and some acquaintances. By being under the radar it allowed me to leave school whenever I wanted. In retrospect I would have done things so differently. I guess that is probably true for everyone. I learned that teachers can hold grudges against you. I learned that because my brother (Dickhead) was bad at school that the teachers automatically assumed I would be and gave me poor grades.

I also learned, looking back, that when the teacher was in tears telling me off it was probably because she was having a bad day or something in her personal life went wrong. I didn’t know that at the time. Its a memory that has stuck with me. Especially now with D training to become a teacher. I can see the level of stress involved in planning and running a lesson. I wish I just didn’t give the teacher a hard time. It was Welsh class.

I learned that you could bypass the security software on the computers so you could access anything you wanted online. This was back in the 90s.

How about you guys?
